REFUND POLICY

1.For customer who purchased with us,we going to refund back the payment through bank transfer
2.Customer needs to provide us a valid proof of the refund 24 hours after receiving the goods,if the POR submitted after the set timeline,any process will not be entertain
3.Refund times may take time between 7-14 working days from the request date

that,refund process will take some time.Customer accepts due the administrative reasons,customer may receive the payment for the undisputed amounts within reasonable delayed time
